Young Volunteers Awards Scheme
The Bournemouth Young Volunteer Award scheme was launched in 2013 to celebrate the hundreds of young people who are making a real difference in their community.
Run by theTrust and the Bournemouth Council for Voluntary Services (CVS), with support from Bournemouth Council’s integrated youth service, the scheme engaged young people in volunteering. The Bournemouth Young Volunteer Award gave an official recognition to people aged 13 to 21 who are giving up their time to help others.
